关于Cannon
Cannon 石油标准分析公司向各界各工业行业推出粘度标油和闪点标油等,我们的标准对玻璃毛细管粘度计、自动运动粘度计、旋转粘度计、落球粘度计、杯形粘度计、圆锥轴承模拟器粘度计和闪点测试仪的性能进行了校准和验证。其测试的结果可追溯,也符合相应的标准,Cannon标准油都符合NIST标准,ISO 9001,其粘度油/运动粘度油可用于粘度计/自动运动粘度计。
粘度标准品用于对粘度油校准,也可对于粘度杯,粘度计以及温度计进行校准,它们有助于测量结果与确定流体流动阻力相关的各种程序,例:Cannon 石油分析标准油公司为Paul N.Gardner Company专门制备的这些粘度油是根据ISO/IEC 17025、ISO 17025和指南34以及ISO 9001生产的。
Cannon粘度油都基于NIST值进行研发,Cannon相关产品都有证书,并可根据相关标准进行查询。

粘度油使用:
建议使用粘度油检查生产的粘度杯的校准,如下所示:转换公式随要检查的杯提供,或在杯的产品说明书中提供。
不建议将粘度油与其他供应商生产的皮碗一起使用,除非提供了厘斯托克粘度与流出时间之间的转换公式以及特定皮碗的皮碗生产公差。
手动温度调节-对于没有自动温度控制设备的技术人员,使用粘度浸渍式油杯时,以下步骤可能有用:如果要使用的机油低于温度,请将瓶盖稍微松开的瓶子放在离白炽台灯不超过一英尺的地方。这将慢慢提高机油温度。当在测量温度约1度范围内时,将所需量的油转移到高度和直径足以容纳粘度杯的玻璃容器中。(建议使用玻璃,因为其温度传导率较低)。
将粘度杯放入玻璃容器中的油中,使其达到与油相同的温度,并将温度计(最好是玻璃)放入油中,该温度计也可用作搅拌棒。如有必要,稍微升高温度,只需将玻璃杯紧紧握在手中,同时轻轻搅拌内容物并观察温度变化。如有必要,要降低温度,将玻璃容器底部浸入比测量温度低10到20度的水中几秒钟,然后在温度缓慢降低时继续轻轻搅拌。只要稍加练习,就可以使测量值非常接近目标温度
